Scott McReynolds is the Managing Partner for Church Property Group. With over 20 years in the ministry and various non-profits, Scott has a keen insight to the needs of religious institutions.

Church Property Group is a division of Concord Commercial Realty. Church Property Groups’ mission and ministry is to assist churches in making prudent decisions as it relates to their real estate holdings.

We assist churches and Christian schools in the Nashville area and throughout the southeast with finding worship space and facilities as they grow, as well as helping other groups to “repurpose” facilities that are no longer being used by a congregation.  We use our collective experience to advise churches on being good stewards of what God has entrusted to them. Sometimes that means tapping into underutilized resources to create real estate income, and sometimes we harvest the value trapped in excess property. Every dollar generated or saved by a prudent real estate decision is a dollar that can go toward advancing the mission of the church.

Scott is a graduate of Mississippi State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. He has served on various church staffs and ministry related organizations. He has been on church staffs in Jackson, TN as well as Gainesville, GA. He also has been involved with denominational ministries serving in leadership capacities from summer camps and disaster relief.

Scott has also been involved with the music business, running a successful management company for over 15 years. His time in the music business also allowed him to connect with leaders and decision makers in different ministries.

Recently, Scott was with PGM Properties, a commercial real estate development company located in the Nashville area. While at PGM, along with his father and brother, Scott developed the idea of Church Property Group. He brought CPG to Concord Commercial Realty because they had the consulting experience to fully implement the concept.

Scott has lived in the Franklin, TN area with his wife Jennifer for over 23 years. They have four children, Jacob, Josie, Judah, and Joel. Scott is a faithful member of Fellowship Bible Church in Franklin, where his wife Jennifer is on staff.
